The weather is hotting up as I write this! What a week for caravanning, our Mountain Restaurant is open every day from 9am serving our full menu.
Come and eat al fresco on a Friday night and sample our tasty new Evening Menu, The new Wine List provides the perfect accompaniment and with a special 15% off food for caravans why not.
So folks, this week sees our annual Piefest. It takes place on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 July at the Livestock Market in Melton Mowbray.
We have hot and cold, sweet and savoury, pies to eat on the go, sitting down, with gravy, with mash.

There is even a Pie Clinic. A panel of experts will answer all your pie queries.
So come and savour the flavours of our European Protected Pork Pies, along with locally producing companies such Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe, Nice Pie and Dickinson and Morris.
Rockingham Castle, Market Harborough, will be hosting their annual Country Fayre next weekend, 26 and 27 July. Great fun for all the family featuring bird of prey displays, children’s entertainment, crafts, beers, historical re-enactments
The Barefoot Festival at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough on 26 and 27 July sees us going barefoot, enjoying everything from Chillout tents, band tent, bushcraft and forest demos, and the Combust Big Burn Fire Show. Various folk artists will be featured in the music area. Well worth a visit.
